2. Temporary Emergency Alternative Oil Filter: 490B-32000
We need to make an important note here: 490B-32000 can only be used as a short-term emergency spare part, not for long-term heavy-duty use.
It shares the same thread size with the YN4E filter base, so it can be installed smoothly when you have no JX0814 in stock temporarily. But its small flow rate and limited dirt holding capacity cannot satisfy the circulation requirement of 4102 turbo engine. If you keep using it for weeks under heavy working conditions, it will cause insufficient turbo lubrication, oil pressure drop and accelerated engine aging.
Our advice: Replace it with JX0814 as soon as you get the standard filter after emergency use.

3. Key Filter Replacement Reminders
- Always replace the 3 filters together during regular maintenance cycles.
- Coat a thin layer of new engine oil on the rubber seal of oil filter and fuel filter before installation, to avoid oil leakage and seal cracking.
- Tighten the filter by hand until the gasket fits the base, then turn 3/4 circle with a wrench. Do not over-tighten to prevent thread sliding.
- After installation, start the engine and check the joint for oil or diesel leakage.
