In 2026, Kaystar Forklift Factory has put our new streamlined assembly production line into operation.

We moved away from scattered manual assembly to this dedicated production‑line workflow. Every assembly step follows unified operational standards.

This new line greatly boosts our production efficiency, increases our overall output capacity, and shortens order lead times for overseas customers. With the optimized streamlined workflow, the new assembly line can produce 5 to 10 forklifts per day, reaching an annual production capacity of 3,000 units. Standardised procedures also cut down human‑caused mistakes, keeping consistent and reliable product quality across every production batch.

Our Sales Director Mr. Derick visited and reviewed the new assembly line on site. He commented that this upgrade strengthens our ability to handle larger bulk orders, while maintaining stable quality for all our off‑road forklifts.
