Precision manufacturing starts from accurate blanking.

Our industrial laser cutting machine handles most of the structural steel plates for forklift frames, brackets, and covers. Laser cutting provides clean, burr-free edges and precise dimensional accuracy.

Compared with traditional cutting methods, this equipment avoids plate deformation and secondary polishing. All parts fit perfectly during assembly, laying a solid foundation for stable overall structure.

To support diversified production, we are equipped with a professional plasma cutting machine.It mainly processes thick steel plates and special-shaped metal parts that require high penetration and fast cutting speed. Coordinated with laser cutting, our workshop achieves both high precision and high production flexibility.

We have two standard bench drilling machines for fixed-hole processing and assembly work. All mounting holes and connecting holes are vertically and accurately positioned.

This standardized drilling process ensures tight installation, reduces vibration, and improves the overall durability of finished forklifts.

New Automatic Laser Welding Robot (2026 Workshop Upgrade)

This year’s biggest workshop upgrade is our brand-new automatic laser welding robot workstation, which greatly optimizes our frame welding process.

The first two pictures show the robot continuously welding key forklift frame structures. Automatic laser welding delivers uniform welding lines, higher firmness, and zero missing welding. Compared with manual welding, it greatly improves structural stability and surface finish.

The third photo records our Sales Director Mr. Derick inspecting and affirming the new intelligent welding equipment.

After observing the on-site operation, Mr. Derick highly praised this workshop upgrade.
