How to fill industrial grease for rough terrain forklift?

4WD rough terrain forklift truck is a kind of construction machinery and equipment. It is best to add grease every day. If a 4WD rough terrain forklift truck fails to fill with grease for 100 hours, the bearing of the 4WD rough terrain forklift truck may be damaged, because without lubrication, continuous friction, high temperature and high pressure, the metal inside may deform and produce metal chips, which may block the bearing space and further accelerate the damage speed of the bearing. At this time, it is necessary to disassemble the bearing and remove all metal debris to see whether the wear between the main shaft and the shaft sleeve is serious. If it is not serious, it can be reinstalled after cleaning. If it is serious, it is necessary to replace the whole set of bearings, otherwise the wear is large and the clearance is large, and the grease cannot be retained.

How to fill industrial grease?

1. The posture can be adjusted according to the surrounding environment of 4WD rough terrain forklift truck.
2. Take out the grease gun, put on gloves, and squeeze the grease gun head into the grease nozzle. At this time, the grease gun head and the grease gun nozzle are in a straight line. Swing the pressure arm of the industrial grease filler to fill until the industrial grease just overflows the pin shaft. Remember, it's the handle that swings, and the barrel doesn't move, otherwise your oil gun head and nozzle are easy to break. When you can't pull it out after filling, pull the oil gun and swing it left and right for a few times to pull it out. The swing range should not be too large, which will easily pry off the oil nozzle.
3. The steering pin shaft and mast pin shaft must be filled with industrial grease every day. The spilled industrial grease that must be filled should not be filled too much each time, but should be filled frequently, about 15 times each time.

Industrial grease is used for the lubrication of shaft pins and joints. 4WD rough terrain forklifts use 3# grease in summer and 2# grease in winter.

Under common circumstances, lithium grease is used uniformly. Lithium grease is resistant to high temperature and wear.

After adding extreme pressure, antirust and other additives to the grease, it can be made into multi-effect and long-life grease, which has a wide range of applications.
4. It is suitable for the lubrication of rolling bearings, sliding bearings and other friction parts of various mechanical equipment.
