Replace the hydraulic oil for the rough terrain forklift as follows:
Park the 4WD off-road forklift on a flat and open site, place the variable speed control handle in the neutral position, pull up the parking brake valve button, and install the frame fixed bumper. Start the engine and run it at idle speed for 10 minutes, during which repeatedly lift the fork, lower the fork, tilt the mast forward and tilt the mast backward.
Finally, lift the fork to the highest position, tilt the mast back to the maximum position, and stop the engine.
Push back the bucket control handle of the pilot control valve to make the fork fall under the action of self weight and discharge the oil in the oil cylinder; Push forward the longitudinal rods of the pilot valve that tilt forward and backward, tilt the mast under its own weight, and discharge the oil in the oil cylinder.
Turn the pilot oil cut-off solenoid valve switch to the "off" position.
Clean the oil drain under the hydraulic oil tank, screw the open oil plug, drain the hydraulic oil, and hold it in a container. At the same time, unscrew the filler cap to speed up the oil drainage process.
Disassemble the oil inlet pipe of the hydraulic oil radiator and drain the residual hydraulic oil in the radiator.
Remove the top cover of the hydraulic oil return filter from the hydraulic oil tank, take out the oil return filter element and replace it with a new one. Open the filler cap, take out the filler screen and clean it.
