Four-wheel drive off-road forklifts can be converted into rotary drilling rigs, but this requires a series of modification work, including frame reinforcement, installation of hydraulic systems, replacement of drill pipes and bits, etc.
1.Strengthen the frame of the forklift so that it can withstand the weight and working pressure of the rotary drilling rig
2.Install hydraulic system, including hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic pipeline and hydraulic control system, etc.
3.Replace the fork of the forklift with a drill pipe, which should have sufficient length and strength to meet the working needs of the rotary drilling rig.
4.Install the rotary drilling bit, the rotary drilling bit should match the drill pipe to ensure the accuracy of the drilling depth and diameter.
5.Install the control system, including the controller and operation panel in the cab, so that the operator can control all functions of the rotary drilling rig.
It should be noted that refitting a forklift into a rotary drilling rig requires certain skills and experience, and it is recommended to be refitted by a professional mechanical refitting company. At the same time, the modified machine needs to undergo strict quality inspection and testing to ensure its safety and stability.
In actual operation, we adopted a simpler method. Install the hydraulic rotary drilling bit directly on the fork of the forklift, and only need to quickly connect the hydraulic line to use.
