The radiator of the all terrain forklift is located at the rear of the vehicle. Due to the lack of knowledge about the chassis of forklifts and the harsh working environment of the factory, some debris and dust are easy to accumulate on the surface of the radiator. If not cleaned in time, it will seriously affect the heat dissipation effect. After daily work, the surface of the radiator should be carefully cleaned, and the use of high-pressure water guns should be avoided as far as possible. Due to the thin wall of the radiator, if the cleaning pressure is too high, it is easy to collapse and affect the circulation effect. In addition, it is strictly prohibited to use "hard water" as cooling water to prevent the formation of scale in the radiator, resulting in insufficient cooling water addition.
At present, the thermostat used in the engine is mainly wax thermostat. Its main performance index is that the thermostat should have different lift under different water temperatures. Therefore, the temperature of the cooling water is dynamically controlled. For the cooling system that can check the quality of the thermostat without disassembly, it is mainly judged by the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet pipes of the radiator. In the early stage of engine cold start, the temperature difference between the intake pipe and the exhaust pipe should be obvious by touching with your hand. After working for a period of time, the temperature difference will be greatly reduced. When the engine reaches the normal operating temperature (80 ℃ -90 ℃), there is no significant difference in temperature when touching with hands. Of course, a more accurate detection method is to take out the thermostat, put it into hot water, heat it gradually, and then check the opening and lift of the valve.
A thin paper can be placed in front of the radiator to detect the air volume of the fan. When the engine is running, if the paper can be blown open, it indicates that the paper sheet is sufficient. This is different from the inward suction of a car fan with a front engine. The blades cannot be reversed, and the fan guard should be complete and effective.
