Our 4‑wheel‑drive rough‑terrain forklift assembly line has three work stations. Six skilled workers finish the whole assembly work, two people at each station.
Station 1

How Kaystar factory builds 4WD forklift with three‑station assembly line
Two workers build the basic chassis and brake‑hydraulic parts together.
They assemble the main frame and install axles, then add lubricating oil for axles.
Next they fit tilt and steering cylinders. They lay out grease tubes, brake pipes and hydraulic hoses.
They also install the air booster pump, air storage tank, priority valve, unloading valve and rear drive shaft. This step forms the base of the forklift.
Station 2

Chassis, power‑system and final assembly process of off‑road forklift
Another two workers deal with power, hydraulic and electric systems.
They connect the engine with the gearbox. Then they mount gear pump, travel pump and working pump and fill oil into the gearbox.
Workers fit the water tank and oil radiator with matched pipelines.
They wire the whole machine and install floor plates and instrument panels.
After mounting the fuel tank and hydraulic control valve, they connect all hydraulic lines and adjust brakes.
Station 3

6‑worker assembly steps for rough‑terrain forklift from China factory
The last‑pair workers finish final assembly.
They fit counterweights, off‑road tires, mast and forks. Then one complete forklift is finished.
Every group focuses on their own tasks. Workers gain plenty of experience doing repeated jobs. This way we cut assembly mistakes and keep steady quality for each Kaystar forklift for overseas projects and farm‑site jobs.
