1.Verify Trailer and Driver Information
After the container truck arrives, check and record:

  • Driver’s ID
  • Truck license plate number
  • Container number

2.Inspect the Container for Damage
Ensure the container is not damaged, deformed, leaking, or excessively rusty.

3.Load and Secure the Forklift into the Container

  • Drive the rough terrain forklift carefully into the container.
  • Secure it using straps, chocks, and wooden blocks as required.

4.Take Photos for Recordkeeping

  • Take a photo every time an item is loaded into the container.
  • After loading is completed, take a photo of the container opening with the cargo inside.
  • Take a photo of the truck license plate and driver.
  • Before loading, take a photo of the inside of the empty container to confirm no damage.
  • Take a close-up photo of the container number located on the container door.
  • Take a half-closed container door photo with the container number visible.
  • Take a photo of the seal (lead lock) and confirm the seal number.
