I already have a forklift, how do I install a fly jib crane for my forklift?

The first step is to choose a fly jib crane of appropriate length based on the tonnage and needs of your forklift. A 3-ton forklift can choose a 6-meter flying jib crane. A 4.5-ton forklift can choose an 8-meter flying jib crane. For larger forklifts, you can choose a 9-meter fly jib crane.

The second step is to select the functions of the flying jib crane, such as winches, hanging baskets, etc.

The last step is to modify and upgrade your forklift according to the boom crane of your choice.

How to modify and upgrade your forklift?

Forklift flying boom crane attachments require at least 2 channels of hydraulic pressure. If you need a winch, you'll need another hydraulic line. A total of 3 channels of hydraulic pressure.

Once you have your modified forklift ready, it’s time to install the fly jib onto your forklift.

You only need to mount the boom crane to the forklift mast, tighten the screws, and connect the hydraulic pipeline.
