First, you need to know the brand of forklift you are purchasing. If it has good reputation and large sales volume in China, then you can choose it. Its quality has been proven.

Secondly, you have to look at its price. A four-wheel drive forklift that costs less than $7,000 is completely industrial rubbish, assembled with the worst parts, has a very short lifespan or does not meet technical requirements.

Third, watch your own weight. A high weight indicates that the forklift has a high load capacity and its accessories and frame are of greater weight and quality.

Finally, you need to know the details of each accessory, such as tires, engine, gearbox and mast. Its quality determines the quality of the forklift.
